Return Policy

Top & Bottom Boutique ONLY ACCEPTS:-

· Returns of defective items or wrong item (wrong design/colour/size)

· One-time size exchange for the same design

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:-

· Kindly ensure the items are in their original condition whereby unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still with their tags intact. Items which do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly.

· Customer to inform us within 5 days upon receipt of the item through whatsapp (012-3663920) or email (tnbb79821561@gmail.com). The returned item must reach us within 20 days from the date you informed us about the issue.

· Customers are fully responsible for the item until it reaches us. Please appoint a registered courier service company for the returns and keep all proof of mailing (eg. consignment notes, tracking number) from the courier service company. 

· For defective or wrong item, postage will be borne by us in the condition that customers appointed a legally registered courier service company for the returns at a standard postage rate (RM8 for WM; RM15 for EM). Reimbursement of postage costs will be in the form of store credit. For one time size exchange, customers are responsible for the postage cost of the returns.

· All returns procedures will be dealt via mailing only.

· Sale items under 'SALE' category cannot be returned or exchanged.

· After we received your returned item, we will send out the exchanged item within 7 working days.

· In the event whereby the defected item/ wrong item/exchange item is out of stock, a store credit equivalent to the price of the returned item will be issued.

· A cash refund will only be done in the situation when the customer received a defective item or wrong item, but the item is out-of-stock and we could not provide an exchange.

· Top & Bottom Boutique reserves the right to reject a return, refund, and/or exchange if the returned item does not meet the requirements for returns stated above, or if Top & Bottom Boutique fails to receive the returned item. Top & Bottom Boutique reserves the right to reject the return, refund, and/or exchange if the item is stained or dirty.

 

Return Procedure:-

1. Inform us within 5 days upon receipt of the item by sending us a message through whatsapp (012-366920) or sending us an email at tnbb79821561@gmail.com. For defective items, kindly attach a picture of the defect part.

 2. Courier the returned item to below address through any registered courier service company:-

 3.  Our after-sales service personnel will contact you after receiving the form.

 

Reimbursement of Postage Fee:-

1.After returning any defective or wrong items, kindly email the courier service receipt copy to us at tnbb79821561@gmail.com for reimbursement. 

2. The reimbursement will be processed within 7 days after our after-sales service personnel received the returned item, a copy of the courier service receipt and the customers' bank details. 

 

As our apparels are mass manufactured, the following are not considered manufacturing defects:

1)Measurements varying 1 to 2 inches from the stated measurements. Measurements stated are measured to the best accuracy.


2) Colors shown may deviate slightly on different screens as different tech devices have different colour resolutions. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences to the human eye (and under different lighting)


 3) Items with slight imperfections (loose threads, small dotted stains on fabric, small stains on lining etc) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item.

 

4) Differing placement of prints from showcased items (for printed items, placement of prints might differ from piece to piece).
